1. Cancellation Window You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as production or shipping may have already begun.

4. Custom Orders Custom-made orders are produced specifically according to your specifications. Therefore, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production has begun. Please verify all details carefully before confirming your order.
